Job Description For Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader (10-15 Hours A Week)

• Youth and Family Ministry Leader
  • Lead Middle and High School Ministry
  • Recruiting and training leaders
  • Involve families into the life of the ministry
  • Working with and being a resource for the leaders of children and youth ministry
  • Oversee curriculum being used in CE from 0-18 years
• Additional gifts and requirements needed for job
  • Passion for the ministry areas of youth and family
  • Leadership
  • Administration
  • Organization
  • Two year commitment
  • Personal involvement in the life and community of MLEFC
  • Agree with EFCA statement of faith
  • Share and live out the vision of MLEFC (A missional lifestyle)
